At Chakra Esthetics, we want to ensure we're the right fit for your skincare needs as Angela specializes in certain conditions, such as peri/menopause skin, anti-aging, pro-aging, hybrids approaches, sensitive skin, mature adult acne and more! Both adult men and women are welcomed.
We REQUIRE an Intake Form be submitted BEFORE making your first appointment. These forms are similar to what you would fill out at a medical office. The information you share helps Angela provide the best experience possible. How refreshing is that?
Here’s how to get started:
- Click on the tab and submit the Intake Form so we can understand your skin goals. Chakra Esthetics usually responds within 2-8 hours.
- Once we receive your form, you'll receive notification by text message and email inviting you to book your first appointment we will provide you with available dates for you to consider.
- New client appointments are scheduled for the last appointment of the day on Tues, Wed, Fri or Sat. We'll help you on our end with booking your first appointment making the process EASY!
