YOUR APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME
Please enter the spa at your appointment time. Your appointment time ALREADY INCLUDES an extra 15 minutes built into it—perfect for asking questions, sharing skin updates, using the facilities, or slipping into a spa wrap without feeling rushed.
NOTE: Arriving more than 10-min early is unnecessary. Upon arrival, please remain in your climate-controlled vehicle until the time of your appointment, then enter at your start time, text (760) 537-1211 to announce your arrival.
This allows us to finish checking out the guest before you and prepping your treatment room, so your experience begins with calm, not chaos. Late arrivals lead to shortened treatments.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Time is precious (yours and ours). If you’re fashionably late, your treatment becomes fashionably shorter—and no, we can’t stretch the clock. More than 15 minutes late? Your appointment turns into a pumpkin, gets cancelled, and yes, a 100% cancellation fee applies to Non-Members.
CELL PHONE POLICY
Phone conversations and sounds during service are not permitted while you're in the spa, as they affect productivity and impact your providers ability to concentrate and adhere to their appointment schedule. If you need to accept a call you will be asked to step outside to take your call. You must silence your phone by putting it in airplane mode BEFORE you enter the spa - NOT on vibrate as it can be heard in a quiet environment. Angela has gloved hands during treatments, so she can't dig it out of your bag for you due to cross contamination, so PLEASE turn it off.
DUTY TO INFORM
Chakra Esthetics plays it safe—we take precautions, respect your privacy, and need to know if you have any allergies, medications, or medical conditions. Don’t hold out on us—it’s for your benefit, your wellness, and your glow.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT and the application of a cancelation fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled. You consent to receive spa services from Chakra Esthetics (Angela Rafferty, LE, CMT, EP). You'll confirm that you have fully and accurately disclosed all known medical conditions and agree to notify Chakra Esthetics of any changes. I understand that failure to do so releases Chakra Esthetics from liability.
SERVICE UPKEEP POLICY
Glowing skin is a team effort. Stick to your recommended products, don’t change your routine without telling us, and keep your maintenance appointments. We can’t help if we don’t know what’s on your face! Also—final word—all service and retail sales are final.
RETURN POLICY
Not loving a product? Let us know within 10 days of purchase. We’ll happily exchange it or issue in-house credit (no refunds). You cover shipping both ways if mailing. Also, if you go rogue mixing pro products with over-the-counter mystery potions—sorry, that’s on you.
NO CHILDREN OR GUESTS POLICY
We adore kids and company… just not in the treatment room. Chakra Esthetics is strictly adults-only and distraction-free. Please arrange childcare in advance and enjoy this time for YOU. Guests, kiddos & doggo's = immediate reschedule, no exceptions.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
We’re skin experts, not doctors. California law says no diagnosing or treating medical issues. If something pops up, we’ll kindly refer you out, and once it’s handled, we’ll welcome you back with glowing arms.
PHOTOS
We love a good before & after—photos are the spa’s way of showing off results. If you’d rather not be Insta-famous, just say so. No personal photography allowed unless granted permission.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Chakra Esthetics is a safe space. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary. Disruptive or abusive behavior = dismissal. Zero tolerance for misogyny, racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, political conversations (this is a no bueno) or general bad vibes. Kindness looks good on everyone!
