Spa Policies
Don't Say We Never Told You!
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Time is precious (yours and ours). If you’re fashionably late, your treatment becomes fashionably shorter—and no, we can’t stretch the clock. More than 10 minutes late? Your appointment turns into a pumpkin, gets cancelled, and yes, a 100% cancellation fee applies to Non-Members. VIP Members are only charged a flat $50. (It pays to be a Member!)
CELL PHONE POLICY
Your phone deserves a nap too. Please silence it the moment you arrive. Phone calls, dings, and TikTok binges during your service are a no-go—they distract your provider and ruin the spa vibe and energy. Save the ringtone concert for the car ride home please.
YOUR APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME
Your appointment includes a built-in 15-minute “chit-chat & chill” buffer. This is your golden time to ask questions, share skin updates, hit the restroom, or slide into a spa wrap like royalty. Upon arrival, text “I’m Here” to (760) 537-1211 and stay in your cool, climate-controlled chariot until you get a “Please Enter” message. We’re just wrapping up with the guest before you so your experience starts in calm, not chaos. Remember: late arrivals = shorter facials = sad faces.
DUTY TO INFORM
Chakra Esthetics plays it safe—we take precautions, respect your privacy, and need to know if you have any allergies, medications, or medical conditions. Don’t hold out on us—it’s for your benefit, your wellness, and your glow.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We love you, but we don’t love empty time slots. Cancellations require 48-hour notice. Less than that, or a no-show, means you’ll be charged 100% of the service(s). Invalid card? You’ll have to pay this fee before you can rebook again. VIP Members: you get off with just $50. To book, you need a valid card on file. Consider it a spa pinky promise.
SERVICE UPKEEP POLICY
Glowing skin is a team effort. Stick to your recommended products, don’t change your routine without telling us, and keep your maintenance appointments. We can’t help if we don’t know what’s on your face! Also—final word—all service and retail sales are final.
RETURN POLICY
Not loving a product? Let us know within 10 days of purchase. We’ll happily exchange it or issue in-house credit (no refunds). You cover shipping both ways if mailing. Also, if you go rogue mixing pro products with over-the-counter mystery potions—sorry, that’s on you.
NO CHILDREN OR GUESTS POLICY
We adore kids and company… just not in the treatment room. Chakra Esthetics is strictly adults-only and distraction-free. Please arrange childcare in advance and enjoy this time for YOU. Guests or kiddos = immediate reschedule, no exceptions.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
We’re skin experts, not doctors. California law says no diagnosing or treating medical issues. If something pops up, we’ll kindly refer you out, and once it’s handled, we’ll welcome you back with glowing arms.
PHOTOS
We love a good before & after—photos are the spa’s way of showing off results. If you’d rather not be Insta-famous, just say so. No personal photography allowed unless granted permission.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Chakra Esthetics is a safe space. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary. Disruptive or abusive behavior = dismissal. Zero tolerance for misogyny, racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, political conversations (this is a no bueno) or general bad vibes. Kindness looks good on everyone!
